Women in Communications

Women in Communications is an association that is leading change for professionals in all fields of communications. The organization unites members in order to:

Promote the advancement of those working in the profession
Develop members' leadership skills and abilities
Exercise social responsibility and support a free society through freedom of speech or the press and self-expression
Recognize distinguished professional achievements; and
Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in communications.

Women in Communications is open to all IU students who are either in communications or who plan to study communications. Dues for students are $20 per year with a $10 application fee. All members receive newsletters and a directory of all members at both the student and professional levels.
